UTStarcom Select Service Channel Affiliate (SSCA) Program

WRCA is proud to have earned the recognition of our technical excellence through partnetships with Select Service Channel Affiliate (SSCA). This service designation is awarded exclusively to those companies who demonstrate competency and commitment to providing quality services. In order to become a Select Service Channel Affiliate, you must be authorized to sell UTStarcom products and meet the following criteria:

Technical Help-Desk Support

• Manned help-desk operation at least 12 hours per day, Monday-Friday.
• At least one UTStarcom Authorized Engineer must be on the help-desk staff at all times during these hours
• After-hours customer support emergency procedures
• Level 1 and 2 technical phone support
• SSCAs must have standard procedures for customer callbacks within one hour and demonstrate adherence to these procedures.

Troubleshooting and Diagnostics

• Basic troubleshooting capabilities, including owning and demonstrating proficiency with diagnostics equipment
• Own and maintain a support lab dedicated to covering the products you support for customer problem simulation

Technical Certification

• WRCA has 2 engineers certified and authorized by UTStarcom
• Engineers must maintain authorization by attending courses deemed necessary by UTStarcom within 60 days of notification
• If a UTStarcom Authorized Engineer leaves the company, a replacement engineer must be on staff and authorized within four months of the departure date

On-Site Field Support/Spares

• SSCA's must have the ability to provide on-site support, including maintenance, hardware replacement, installation, and implementation services.
• Own and maintain spare parts sufficient to meet customer service-level agreements 95-percent of the time with a minimum of one of each type of part.

Audits and Customer Surveys

• Agree to participate in customer surveys and audits of certification status and infrastructure to ensure adherence to SSCA requirements and customer satisfaction as a UTStarcom Select Service Channel Affiliate.

• WRCA makes it easy for support with its customer tailored services. Software Upgrades, Phone Support and Next Business Day Replacements are services available to you. The programs default parameteres are as follows:

• 24 hours/day - 7 days/week
